Point G Macarons (Review)

Ok, confession time... If you haven't guessed by now, I'm a video game nerd. Yes, I know, I'm addicted. (same with sweets and that obsession hasn't turned out bad yet...) Actually video games is how I made most of my friends. Sad. I know...
All day yesterday I played Legend of Zelda. Best. game. ever. But that's not the point, the point is when your playing you have an urge to eat. I dunno about you but for me it's always desserts. What better way to satisfy that craving than eat macarons?!
They may be on the expensive side but they are totally worth it if you have allergies because these are Gluten free!! And they definitely won't hurt your wallet if someone else buys them for you!

These macarons are from a shop called Point G in Montreal. My sisters ditched me and went to a convention there but made up for it by bringing me back delicious macarons. Plus they had the most cutest packaging I'd ever seen! Little plastic disc shaped cups to hold each one so they don't get messed up. Brilliant!

I had a maple one. It was a great subtle maple flavour. It was not harsh. No, it was a really good natural tasting maple flavour macaron! (By the way it is not the one with the bite out of it up there.)
I would highly recommend going to Point G. And if you already live in Montreal- lucky you.

Now if you'll excuse me I need to go figure out why my Wii isn't working... (Yep, unfortuneately I can't play video games today. And right when I was in the middle of getting a heart piece it malfunctioned! NO!!!) I should have saved my macaron so I could eat it while playing Game Cube instead.
